Based on the work of Wendy Palmer, derived from the Aikido and mindfulness practice, the workshop offers a personal "centering" practice that cultivates a presence and capacity that has integrity, clarity and is capable of being creative and effective in all aspects of our lives. The workshops come in 2 parts and focus on Centering under Pressure, Leadership-Followership, Advocating-Listening and entering into the heart of what is coming towards you.
